Accessible Workplace
Guide Dogs’ NSW head office required a workspace that catered to the unique needs of visually impaired occupants and their guide dogs. The challenge was to create an inclusive and accessible office space while incorporating technology and specialised features to enhance the working environment, for 2-footed and 4-pawed team members.
Solution
Flexibility & Adaptability
This transformation included workstations featuring the GECA certified Delta and Pinnacle electric workstation systems. These workstations utilised eco-friendly Terrain Echopanel acoustic partitions, made from 50% flax, providing both a sustainable and visually pleasing solution. Bespoke joinery, including kitchen and breakout areas, added a touch of sophistication to the space, while custom-made Australian Disc Base tables with unique edge detailing contributed to the overall aesthetic.
