Level 7,333 Kent Street, Merchant House
Creating flow by interweaving contemporary style. This speculative suite located on Level 7, Merchant house, 333 Kent Street, Sydney bridges work and relaxation – creating a harmonious and eclectic space.

The furniture on this level conveys a feeling of warmth, infusing dusty and royal blues along with muted and warm purples.
Upon entering, the reception area deviates from the traditional rectangular- shaped reception table seen on Level 1 and instead adopts a round blue custom Drum+ Base reception table. This contemporary ethos appears throughout Level 7.
A masterpiece, the custom joinery in the kitchen reveals hints of red in the taps, bar stools and dining chair frame.

The Pinnacle Electric Sit2Stand workstation is designed for the modern workplace. Highly adaptable, with the push of a button, users can switch between sitting and standing positions throughout the day, assisting with staying productive and energised. Workstation fixed focus pods are dispersed throughout for enhanced privacy and seclusion. Conversely, the collaboration lounge is an informal zone perfect for interaction and exchanging ideas.
A stunning 17-person triangular shaped boardroom table with a fixed Drum+ Base in Florentine Walnut complements the shape of this meeting room which tapers to a point. Another statement piece lies in the workspace with the fixed project table. This table features a drum+ base and functions both as a meeting table and as individual work points.

In the age of hot-desking, storage solutions are paramount. Lockers are conveniently located near workstations and provide personalised storage. The Swing door cabinets on the end of workstations offer communal storage and act to structure workplace zones.
This collaboration between with FDC Construction (NSW) Pty Ltd and Gray Pucksand on this speculative fit-out establishes a sense of place and seamless alignment with the building’s heritage character.
