One of AWM’s largest projects to date is 4 Parramatta Square (4PSQ), part of a Walker Corporation development that is transforming the City of Parramatta in Western Sydney. Approximately 6000 Alto Electric Sit-2-Stand Workstations, 6000 Humanscale Liberty Task Chairs and 6000 CBS Ollin Monitor Arms have been installed over 33 floors.

We had the challenge of furnishing the Parramatta Square project with high-quality workstations, task chairs, and monitor arms while adhering to the project’s ambitious sustainability goals and accommodating the scale and scope of the development. Parramatta Square aimed to set a new standard for sustainable commercial buildings, with 3 and 4 Parramatta Square already achieving a remarkable 6 Star Green Star As Built rating. AWM had to ensure that their furnishings not only met the functional and ergonomic needs of the diverse workspaces within the development but also contributed to the project’s sustainability objectives. This required a deep understanding of sustainable design principles and an ability to provide products that met these criteria while addressing the demands of a large-scale, multifaceted development.
