AWM manufactured and installed sit-to-stand workstations that were coupled with our simple yet stylish Kingston 12mm echo panel screens, pedestal storage and task chairs, along with benches and soft seating for the breakout/collaborative spaces.

Zoom, a vibrant and innovative company, sought to create a dynamic office space in Sydney that embraced open collaboration while accommodating various working styles, from focused individual tasks to global team meetings. With a need for quality and aesthetics at the forefront, the challenge was to design and furnish an open-plan office with dedicated spaces for collaboration, focus rooms, an IMS lounge, Zoom rooms, and an all-hands area for global team meetings. Additionally, a versatile kitchen capable of supporting large-scale catering for events was essential. The project had a tight timeframe, and effective stakeholder management was crucial, given that the client was located overseas.

Designing Excellence
We provided sit-to-stand workstations, complemented by our Kingston 12mm echo panel screens for acoustic privacy. Task chairs, pedestal storage, benches, and soft seating were strategically incorporated into the workspace. Bespoke bleacher-style joinery was designed to facilitate staff gatherings, fostering a sense of unity among employees. The result was an office environment that not only met Zoom’s aesthetic and quality expectations but also catered to their diverse needs. The project was executed efficiently, staying within the specified timeframe, thanks to Facilitate’s expert knowledge of the building and effective stakeholder management, ensuring a seamless collaboration with our overseas client.
