Crafting Collaborative Spaces
R/GA sought to replicate the vibrant atmosphere of their Sydney office while infusing it with a distinctive Melbourne vibe. The challenge lay in transforming what many would see as a cold concrete shell into a vibrant and inviting workspace.

Tailored Workspaces
In crafting tailored solutions for R/GA’s office, we knew that functionality and aesthetics needed to function as one. Our custom joinery installations served as focal points for communal interaction, seamlessly integrating with the office’s design ethos. Additionally, the incorporation of Drum + Base bench tables and meeting tables equipped with acoustic paneling not only enhanced collaborative brainstorming sessions but also contributed to a conducive work environment by minimising distractions.

Custom Joinery for Communal Spaces
Our team crafted custom kitchen joinery to foster community and interaction within the office’s social hub. This bespoke solution facilitated informal gatherings and impromptu discussions, creating a welcoming environment conducive to collaboration and connection. We also crafted custom moveable storage, giving the R/GA team the ability to divide collaborative space into smaller areas whenever they want.
Drum + Base Tables
Recognising the importance of collaborative brainstorming sessions, we installed Drum + Base tables within the meeting rooms, coupled with acoustic panelling for sound reduction within the room, white boards and pinboard for brainstorming. This innovative approach transformed traditional meeting spaces into dynamic hubs for idea generation and problem-solving, empowering teams to visualise concepts and iterate ideas in real-time.
Pinnacle Workstations for Deep Work & Collaboration
For tasks requiring focused attention while still encouraging collaboration, we implemented linear Pinnacle workstations. These ergonomic workstations provided employees with dedicated space for deep work, complemented by integrated features that facilitated seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues.
