This year’s National Reconciliation Week theme, All In, highlights the importance of collective effort, shared responsibility, and sustained action in advancing reconciliation. At AWM Amaroo, this commitment is at the heart of our partnerships, values, and the communities we strive to uplift.

Established in 2020, AWM Amaroo is a joint venture built on a shared vision to create workplaces that inspire individuals, strengthen communities, and open doors for young Aboriginal people. As a proud Supply Nation-registered business, we prioritize supporting local suppliers and businesses throughout the fit-out process, fostering lasting opportunities and partnerships across both community and industry.

The theme All In reminds us that reconciliation is a shared journey—one that requires active participation and meaningful action from all Australians, across every industry, workplace, and community. In the commercial interiors industry, our role extends beyond shaping physical spaces. We help create environments where people connect, build relationships, and share experiences every day. This responsibility drives us to listen, learn, and contribute in ways that go deeper than surface-level change.

As Reconciliation Australia celebrates 25 years, this year’s theme is beautifully reflected in Gaagal, the featured artwork by Gumbaynggirr Bundjalung artist Otis Hope Carey. Inspired by the ocean’s continuous movement, the piece symbolizes the flow of relationships, shared experiences, and the power of people coming together to create change.

We’re proud to be part of the partnerships, conversations, and actions that strengthen connection, understanding, and meaningful progress within our industry and community.

Because reconciliation requires us all to be All In.
