The Brief: AWM were engaged by Built and The Bold Collective to provide the Mi9 personnel with a sleek and unencumbered workplace with no storage elements included and lighting that would be in keeping with the brief.
Features: AWM were able to meet the brief and provide the uncluttered work points as required. This provided a sleek and clear desk top. High ceilings meant that in some areas desk lamps were needed to be provided and ensure the unfettered solution remained, this was catered for by the provision of a desk lamp inserted into the central Monorail of the Monorail system. This meant that they were a semi-permanent fixture emanating from the centre of the desk, thereby not impeding on the user’s work area at all. No heavy metal base on each lamp was required. The lamps can be slid along the Monorail section if re-location is required in the future. Various powder coated underframe colours would be required in order to delineate the various sections and divisions of the Mi9 business structure. Various coloured powder coating colours were specified and AWM were able to provide these specific colours in the different locations within the fit out.
AWM were briefed on creating the following: Custom Monorail System
