50 Bridge Street

50 Bridge Street was a world-first sustainable rebuilding project. Rather than knock down/rebuild, the original AMP building was stripped out and upcycled.  It is to date one of the largest sustainable rebuilding projects of its kind.

Renascent’s fitout for their client Johnson Winter Slattery comprised of 2 floors, 123 offices and the same number of workstations within the open plan area.

The challenge was to create a functional space with maximum storage that didn’t compromise on the spacious interior and the view. Perimeter and back-to-back Pinnacle workstations with CMS trio and wrap acoustic screens, plus 120 degree cluster workspaces and executive offices meant the majority of the team could work together without seeming cramped. Backwall cladding and shelving done in collaboration with Scarelli Joinery, full custom-built metal caddies and individual pedestals guaranteed the best use of space while maximising storage. The modern look was complete with the Polytec Casentino Beech finish (wood matte) on each workstation. All items we supplied adhered to the client’s Greenstar requirements.

World-first innovative project delivered on time and on budget – couldn’t ask for a better result.
