Parramatta Square is one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Australia to date, and AWM are proud of our ongoing involvement in the project for Built and Walker Corporation.
Leading on from our success at 4PSQ we were chosen to supply workstations to floors 1-15 of the new 6&8 Parramatta Square building, set to be Australia’s largest commercial office building.
4 Parramatta Square achieved a 6 Star Green Star As Built rating, and 6&8 Parramatta Square are on track to achieve the same rating. Both buildings use our GECA Certified Alto workstation system, with tops made using Polytec’s Green Tag Certified E0 MDF board, and screens upholstered in Woven Image’s Mura fabric – boasting 60% post-consumer recycled PET content.
Workstations to level 11 featured here included bespoke Forbo Linoleum tops with a contrasting solid Blackbutt timber edging detail alongside our Licensed Australian Made Alto workstation system in a striking and durable black powder coat, all produced in our factory in Sydney.
